About Us
RootDown Raenen
Hi, I’m Raenen — a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, licensed Functional Nutrition Counselor, and personal trainer. I help people reconnect with their bodies and feel good through food and movement that works for them.
But my path to this work wasn’t simple or straight.
For years, I felt sick, fatigued, and discouraged about my health. In and out of doctors’ offices, and on new antibiotics every other week — I felt stuck in a never-ending cycle of being told I was “otherwise healthy.” The traditional system had no answers, just vague reassurance and little support.
